I fell in love with these little beauties as soon as I laid eyes on them and had, had, had to have a pair. So feast your eyes on my beautiful Converse for Marimekko shoes! This year Marimekko celebrates it's 60th anniversary and they have a bunch of great limited addition stuff which are labelled as their gems. Marimekko has an intensely free approach to their creations and they have a passion for quality and expertise at every step of the design process. They are truly deserving of a congratulations fro staying true to the crafting expertise they started with 60 years ago.
