I had a great opportunity last week to go to the touring Greenhouse Sustainable restaurant on it's last day in Sydney where it's tour starts. I have to apologise for not posting earlier, but it will be touring around the world so for all you European readers, be on the lookout it might be coming to a city near you. The first stop after Sydney is Milan, Buon Divertimento per gli Italiani!
It was such a cool experience, drinking out of re-used jars, eating food from their home grown veggie patch. Everything was delicious and the location.. well don't we just live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. For the other locations, they're going to maintain the original Sydney design but they're planing on adjusting to whatever environment it's in.
